      Good company to start career for freshers.

      Pros

      Some projects are good and you can learn many things if you are lucky get into such team. Job stability. Good infrastructure. Nice learning platform.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Management only cares about clients not at all about employees. Odd shift timings. Monotonous work.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and management within my department; Comfortable, easy going, fun atmosphere within the office; multiple training and workshops available via online at Capgemini 'University'

      Cons

      The many systems we use - for timesheets, expenses, travel, etc can be tedious and some are outdated. Also, trying to get help among these areas has been challenging as there isn't clarity on who to contact to solve the issue/question. Or the response to a question is usually not answered and we are asked to contact someone else.
