Self-governance, initiative are rewarded with increasing leadership responsibilities thereby leading to good growth.

In state of rapid expansion, so it will be interesting to see how the resources and projects are managed in the midst of all acquisitions, mergers, and changing technology landscape in the industry. Initiative in the organization taken to upskill workers and now it depends on how well this is executed to maintain Capgemini's top spot in the IT and consulting industry. However, the leadership in India is supremely talented and focused on meeting these challenges head on.
