Pros

A relatively small, intimate group inside a global consulting agency, offers both, a local place to be and a chance for global growth.

Cons

During the integration in the Capgemini Group, it is hard to maintain the identity and culture of the sd&m core. A challenge and opportunity for all employees. At the same time, a chance to form the new face of Capgemini in Germany.

Pros

Capgemini sd&m has a culture of developing people starting off university. Everybody goes to the whole process of software engineering, starting with programming. Programming skills are (still) very highly valued there, even though you need some consultant skills too. Senior colleagues are excellent and great for learning. Team is great overall.

Cons

Relatively low salary. You will definitely get more money in comparable positions elsewhere. You will have to work really hard if you want to reach senior positions. This will take you through a lot of learning though.
