We evaluate the increment's applicability for all employees at the time of the pay cycle. This is by the current economic scenario, benchmarking with peer groups, and looking into internal data points such as parity and performance. Not all employees will receive the same increment post applying the criteria, which is validated by the business before implementation. We request you to contact your people manager to understand the reasons better.
