      Good Company with no control over managers.

      Many projects, good learning opportunity. Especially for software testing.

      Cons

      When Managers are found guilty (Even in case of women harassing), no action being taken. I knew a manager torturing their members. Especially women employees who do not dare to report. Given a chance of group complaint, everyone gave comment, but no action taken. The manager continue doing the same. Just creating a poster and posting in managers place is not suffice (when the person does not care about it).
