      Salary and bonus and some fun and nice people to work with, excluding bosses

      It is a traditional, male oriented company, slow in its digital adoption, full of politics and nepotism...they will not often say a good word about you but will keep you on your toes by giving constant negative feedback so that you should always reach the never ending sky...there is no real appreciation...they conduct surveys 2x a year of how people feel, then pretend to take actions and nothing really happens...if you want to work in an agile company, where there is 50% of females in power, feel really appreciated rather than being scold off on a regular basis plus being evaluated twice a year how you perform, simply go somewhere else...
