      Pros

      Cisco is a fast paced tech company that lets you work independently without micro management. If you have a good idea you are empowered to go with it. It’s also very international and you get to work with people from around the world which really makes working far more interesting. The people are great at Cisco for the most part and you have a lot of good energy. Benefits are excellent, and Cisco was doing remote/flexible working before COVID made it more popular so the setup is working very well.

      Cons

      Cisco can be too much US centric at times although they are a global company which is ok but it can wear on you.
