Pros
Excellent work life balance. The culture is great. The managers are trained here every now and then with the culture rules. Seniors have nearly 25-30 years of experience in this same company. The inclination rate is very less. You can switch roles inside cisco through internal transfer and that works well.
Cons
This is not a software first company, which means the software engineers are not paid equally when compared with similar range of companies. Salary is not revised much. Bonus will be reduced by saying performance reasons. There are very less openings, due to which new talent won't prefer much here.
