Good exposure to technology. Diversified work profile. You don't know what you will be working on tomorrow :)
Cons
People in company loosing faith in management. No clear communication. Only top people knows what is happening and what's gonna happen in future. On asking, you will not get any response.
you get promotions but you are still working on same thing as you were working on yesterday. So it is just change in your designation.
Software is using rather old technology. Management is VERY reactionary. Only the loudest screaming customers get any attention. WAY too management top heavy. But most of all, the worst thing is that the R&D group in Israel is treated as elite super humans that must never be spoken to by the rest of the mere mortals in the company. WAY too silo-ed of a company. PS is joke because of the lack of access to the all mighty R&D. Product bugs take far too long to get fixed (if ever). No direction as a company. The company loves to move all resources to the newest and most exciting customer at the expense of delivering garbage service to the other existing customers.
