Good step up into FMCG, was given considerable responsibility and selling training. Great entry point position, gave me a good platform for my career.

Cons

Ultimately you feel like a cog in a big chain, but this is inevitable with a company this size. When I was there they were doing DEI training which was completely inappropriate and quite disturbing to witness.
