Over worked, management don't listen to our concerns

Your entire experience depends on your manager. Unfortunately, many are employed with no interpersonal skills, which is dangerous in a people-driven role. The culture is toxic and unprofessional, with pressure and numbers prioritised over people. Support and fairness are inconsistent, and poor leadership creates a stressful environment.
