Required to call ‘absence management’ external company if sick for longer than 2 hours and describe symptoms before agreeing a return to work plan. No training plan, expected to do everything immediately from day 1 and be spoken to and managed like a 2 year old. Manufacturing culture - don’t be fooled this is a MNC...it’s a bottling franchise with small time approaches and mentality.
