      Pros

      Alot to learn there-They have lean management systems and also set KPI's etc. If you want to do projects they allow you but very little promotional possibilities.

      Cons

      Long working hours, the factory runs 24/7 so there is an expectation that certain staff stay and work for 2-3hours extra daily

      Good work organisation, focus on quality and safety. Lean Manufacturing principles also applied at Logistics and Warehousing. People well trained and informed, everyone know what to do and how to do it

      Work load in night shifts used to be low, so that you can get bored/asleep
