Big Company, old company in Beverages industry. Hired based in Indonesia, but support regional Indonesia, Australia/New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji.

Cons

Very toxic working culture, environment. This company is worst in terms of sales result, in the end causing people uncertainty for job security. Peers/colleaque in Australia based are worried if he gets lay off due to my position based in Indonesia way cheaper salary, He going to do all means to make us look bad in terms job performance in front of hiring boss in Germany and UK. Hiring manager in Germany, and UK, no leadership, no empathy, no vision as please, consider if you want to join this company, this is not a good company for good stability career, their product and industry is going down.
