      Pros

      dynamic environment, lots of opportunities, very achieving culture. Management is very supportive and open to new ideas. Salaries are market average and the package is ok (pension, shares and all that stuff) apart from that, free coke, very nice canteen and a decent gym in the office

      Cons

      Did not find many. The only disadvantage for me was the HQ location (Uxbridge) with permanent issues on Metropolitan line
