Management are out for themselves. It's a "if your face fits, or you fit our tickbox" kind of place. If you're of an ethnic origin or have certain chromosomes, you will get a Management job - whether you can do it or not. They cover things up when it suits and try to make people a scapegoat whe they can't. If you love your family, find a different place to work. The family friendly front is for the news to see.

For the past ten years CCEP has been a place to thrive - it is embracing change, leadership team always looking to improve ways of working and technological advancements. There is good opportunities to learn (individually via internal resources and externally available training paths), informal mentorship opportunities, individual career development plans. Where the role and current business project allow it, leadership team is open to flexible work schedules. Generally the culture is one of respect, inclusion and cooperation.

Cons

Financial rewards and employye benefits could be improved, considering Sofia's competitive work market.
