Pros
The engineering is on high lever in Cognizant Netcentric and one has and opportunity to work with really great professionals on the projects. Also a lot of people who it's pleasure and fun to work with.
Cons
It's really hard to get raise or promotion. Even though the process is pretty clear, one knows well what to do in order to get eligible for promotion, however, once told he "will" be promoted, it then can take up to a year for it to actually happen and even that is not guaranteed. One is told to wait a lot and that there is nothing one can do about it. Overall, the salary is not great, there is also no great benefits.
