Pros

Flexible company, great clients , scope to learn and grow, fairly transparent, plenty of talented people both onsite and offshore, good open atmosphere, Company encourages employees to be healthy by offering partnership programs with fitness centers all over Germany and smart phone applications, there are various training programs offered to up skill employees

Cons

Salary is average, European presence is not as big but growing, knowledge repositories are so huge that sometimes it feels like searching for needle in a haystack when looking for information, you might come upon a few bad apples in terms of coworkers or middle managers

Employee empowerment and Employee friendly policies

Cons

Pyramid model (too many rookies and less technical folks) does not help delivery good quality. very "Offshore" centric when it comes to promotions very defensive attitude when things are not ok with delivery.
