      There is an international environment, however the Hungarian office is like a familiy (less then 30 employees). You can learn a lot.

      You have to move abroad if you want to climb the career ladder at Colgate.

      Poot career opportunities (Hr doea not really listens or comsiders which track employee is interested im) Unability to differentiate real good performance vs created perception (especially for the roles without a sales target e.g marketing)
