      No work life balance, every department is short staffed, people constantly quitting cause it’s too much

      Room for growth ( in regional offices), free products and dental insurance

      Cons

      Too much work, not compensated. I don’t know anyone in Colgate who doesn’t work way beyond their 9-5 schedule. The workload is absurd compared to other companies ( 1 position in Colgate covers what usually 2-3 do in other companies)
