Extremely toxic management School-like culture with fear-based behavior Managers acting like CEOs with ego and attitude No empathy or respect for employees High frustration levels — many employees seem desperate to leave Burnout-level pressure on Talent Acquisition Constant CV push and unrealistic recruitment targets Anger-driven communication from seniors Zero work-life balance Mentally exhausting and emotionally unsafe environment If someone is considering joining, especially in HR or similar functions, I would strongly advise: think twice,If you value your mental health, self-respect, and emotional balance, this is not the place to be.
