      Pros

      It is a company that cares for it's employees, their wellbeing and development. It is serious about sustainability. I also appreciate it's diversity and multi-culturalism and non-discriminatory behaviours it encourages.

      Cons

      As I've been working for Colgate for 25 years I don't see many cons. It felt at times a bit hierarchical in the past but that is changing now with a focus to become more agile and innovative.
