      Pros

      You get to work with super smart people and on some great brands. The benefits package are great too and some grades include car allowance. I’ve worked here on a a variety of roles and have always enjoyed it.

      Cons

      Like any big corporation, they expect a lot from you and the work loads are big. The more you do, the more you get so you just have to watch out that you don’t end up getting frazzled!

      Pros

      Good pay. Good benefits. Climate controlled environment

      Cons

      No possibility to move up without a bachelors degree. Poor management. Management is on a 2 year rotation, so the poor decisions that look great on paper actually cripple the facility in the future. But by the time that is realized, they are long gone and the local people are stuck with the damage.
