      Great group of people to work worth! Everyone is very passionate about what they do and they are more than willing to help.

      Onboarding was not very organized. You have to be responsible to ask questions and get up to speed.

      Excellent pay and benefits. Almost impossible to get fired as long as you show up.

      Cons

      Upper management is a revolving door. Seven plant managers in 20 years. There is a barrier between hourly and salaried. In 20 years I can think of only two or three people who moved up from hourly to saleried
