      Pros

      Some of the people are really nice, hard-working, and caring. The company provides decent pay/benefits and you can push them to give you more interesting work. Management is generally pretty open. Development opportunities are there but it's easy to lose out on them.

      Cons

      As with many large companies, bureaucracy is everywhere and bound to drive you up the wall one day. There are definitely some bad apples. Every team (in IT) seems to have too much work and too few resources.
