      Pros

      Aligned overall global objectives throughout the organization, work-life balance, great salary and benefits, amazing environment to work. Great peers!

      Cons

      It changed with new CEO. It used to be a more personable company, now is all about the bottom line and how to keep investors happy. It lost the shine it had in the 90's.

      Pros

      - Great learning experience for someone straight out of college. -Great Managers! Always helping you to grow and excel. -Good office culture. HR was constantly creating different activities to make the employees more unified. -Every couple of months we will get substantial supplies (toothpaste, mouth wash, soap, etc)

      Cons

      -Salary and benefits were not that competitive - Job security was always unstable.

      Great benefits, focus on globally developing the leadership pipeline, treats the stars well.

      Cons

      Doing good work is not enough, you have to advertise to others that you do good work. Some people do mediocre work but advertise well and are promoted.
