      Pros

      Great people, mostly respectful environment, I loved my managers, and the benefits were out of this world. Honestly, had I not been working for this company when I got ill I would have been swimming in medical debt.

      Cons

      Boys will be boys attitude in manufacturing plant, this was extremely discouraging and even more so when management was afraid of their own subordinates.

      -Culture of Colgate allows you to make what you want out of this role, whether you are a data expert or get more entrepreneurial with it and start providing fact based solutions.

      Cons

      -Can be overbearing the company is extremely slow when it comes to human resources and staffing causing this role to at times become the catch-all.
