      Pros

      A great company that worries about the growth of their piers. It is a school for every person that has worked in there. For me it gave all the necessary tools to be a dedicated sales consumer goods executive.

      Cons

      The Venezuelan economic problem impacted really hard on the company, so my growth plan inside the company wasn't completed commited by the managers.
