      The company is so huge so the opportunity to learn also as extensive. The culture itself is very inclusive and is really about building communities and families in the workplace. It also foster a give-back attitude through out-reach programs.

      Cons

      Long hours. A lot of work. It is inevitable to take home work. Since the company is so big, it can be difficult to climb the corporate ladder
