      Pros

      The reputation is great and its a wonderful resume builder. You couldn't ask for better training. The skill development is outstanding. There are opportunity to build your skills in many ways.

      Cons

      Its very political, it is best if you kiss up to get ahead. Some of the people leading the organization need to retire. They have done the same things for a very long time. Not really an organization that embraces diversity although they pander to the minority community.
