      Management doesn't know what's going on. HR doesn't help, No form of communication at all. They keep everything a secret until something is about to happen. Advancement for certain people.

      Best caring company i have worked for. Very innovative in both products and processes. Never a dull moment each day i have spent for almost 10 years!
