      Pros

      very lax about WFH, optional frequent travelling inside Europe for on-site meetings with other team members or tech conferences

      Cons

      salaries are way lower in Croatia then other countries, you are basically doing the same job as some of your foreign team members but with 50% lower salary

      Pros

      Very easy to get into any process in the company, everything is very transparent. Great company culture. Everyone can pick their own projects or get involved in offers and tenders easily.

      Cons

      Salary is fine, but not on the higher side.

      Pros

      Bleeding edge regarding the technology and methods used. Very competitive innovative and customer oriented. Agile approach is not taken as a buzzword only but is applied to real life business challenges.

      Cons

      High workload in highly competitive working environment. Which actually should in my opinion be in pros category but glassdoor requires this one also.
