      No Growth Company, Don't waste your time with this company

      Not really anything particular apart from being employed

      Cons

      No career growth opportunities whatsoever Managers don't care about you, your work No hikes in compensation, you're stuck in whatever you get when hired Basic benefits and high cost health care plans to squeze out as much as possible from employees, Bonus is just non existent

      Great working environment whether you are work from anywhere or in a brick and mortar site. Many growth opportunities whether you are looking to grow within your current role or want to challenge yourself with something new. Concentrix believes in diversity, inclusiveness, and the environment.

      Cons

      Concentrix is a large corporation so if you are looking for a small business atmosphere this might not be the right company for you.
