      You can get away with doing the bare minimum

      The company does invest in its employees or facilities. The facilities are falling apart, from the office chairs to the coffee machines, and it really deteriorates the motivation and professionalism. In the summer, the main cafeteria is swarming with flies and sometimes by the afternoon the two automatic coffee machines that are meant to serve hundreds or people run out of coffee and they do not refill them until the next because of controlling costs. There are little to no benefits of the job, and the employess reciprocate by doing the bare minimum - and it really shows.
