      Pros

      There was some flexibility when it came to family work life. Communication with recruiter was open.

      Cons

      There was not any training on job functions. Everyone flies by the seat of their pants on the management level and coworker lever. Lack of communication. Very high strung management.

      Flexible working location, can work at home, no strict time management

      Cons

      no salary review since transfering from IBM for 1.5 years, company culture is childish, Manager and CEO are very poorly-minded, Lack of systematic process, a lot of cost cutting and profit driven, I hate everything except the fact that I could work at home

      Compensation Initial Training Location in proximity to towns Training as a group

      Cons

      Will not work with you once training is over. They threaten to cut you loose if you do not keep within the time frame to assist people. If you do not make goal, they pressure you into quitting instead of firing. They say it is a win win situation. It is not. It only allows them to say that they haven't had to fire anyone. It also allows them to get away with not having to offer unemployment benefits. They also offer you more training, but it is unpaid. You can go to training for 40 hours a week for 3 weeks.....unpaid. Not a win, win situation for the employee.
