May be you will learn if you get selected for a good process, always check the process and confirm if its true about the process you get selected, There are so many to fool you!
Cons
No self respect for the employers working in Chennai branch, and the same culture was applied in Bangalore branch too. We were a part of Symantec Backup exec process. No salary was given properly and there are lot of criteria that you have to clear to qualify for the incentives.
