      Sale job with friendly management

      Pros

      Managament easily accessible. If you are a top sales performer you can do well. Decent benefits for a low level sales job.

      Cons

      Your sales will all be over the phone so you won't have any one on one with a customer. Was top sales performer and still not a whole lot of extra income.

      Pros

      Friendly, family-like atmosphere with approachable management. HR has made obvious efforts to try to bring make the workplace fun while maintaining professionalism.

      Cons

      Very little investment in technology: Parent company is an OEM distributor but we have outdated slow work stations. Last year was the first year ever that raises were given (merit raise) and they were hardly a raise at all. Customer service representatives are evaluated on sales metrics.
