Worst company I have worked in my life. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The people management is terrible, they will treat you like a number and HR really needs to step up. They are definitely choosing growth over quality.

The company clearly does not care about your health. It will do anything to maximize their profits of your body. There is a reason they are looking for people abroad. People in general just leave the company because it is managed so poorly. And those that still work there, are looking for something else. HR is a mess. Seriously, if you are still reading only come here for the money. All the other things are poorly managed and a joke. I have never seen a company run so horribly as this. Pretty much the perfect example of the Infinite monkey theorem. But hey, you can say all you want here, and they won't listen. They have a reactive attitude to anything concerning employees. The only people they listen to is the clients of their projects. If they say jump, the managers are asking how high. If you have any self respect, please do not join this company. There are better options.
