The only positive thing was the homeoffice.

Cons

Horrible environment, almost toxic. Once, one of my TL wanted me to work for free because I was working without having logged in the Software, but I was working and they could clearly see it from the emails I was sending to clients. To solve the situation I had to speak with the Operation manager. Many times one of the TL was putting all the blame on me, making me feel wrong in all aspects. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

good 'playground' for sharpening communication skills and learn the product great international team management has a human approach

Cons

salary is not too high office location isn't great, no access to lunch places no corporate events, no team—building events
