      Avoid unless you can't find something better

      Pros

      International environment. Chances of career progress. Worth a go if you're just looking for a first job or are just in need of any type of job.

      Cons

      Not a great salary. Lack of transparency in internal promotions, KPIs (ambiguous and unfair) and bonus plans. A few Operations managers try their best to spread a toxic working culture of control, lack of trust and verbal abuse. Unexperienced team leaders and insufficient product knowledge transfer during the initial training. Overall there's persistent pressure and micromanagement, and most things seem to be poorly planned. The workers' representatives are useless.

It's a great pity that you obviously didn't feel comfortable with us, as it is very important to us to create a working atmosphere in which our colleagues feel comfortable.
