      Flexible working conditions & a variety of tasks

      Pros

      -> Flexibility / flexible working hours -> Regular company events for a personal get-together -> Remote possibility -> Tasks + team

      Cons

      -> Expand benefits and salary package -> Introduce company cell phones for professional groups where it makes sense. I'm not a fan of online telephony -> We are a remote-first company, but there are regular pizza days at the office in Munich. I think that's very cool, but I would also like to see an alternative for employees who work 100% remotely.

      Lots of potential and important steps in the right direction

      Pros

      Strong growth in almost all areas Transparent and open communication, even when things are going badly Management has recognized that improvements are needed in some areas (e.g. more people & benefits, faster processes) and is tackling them 100% home office possible

      Cons

      Some superiors still have outdated ways of thinking, but there is generally an improvement here Salaries could be higher Benefits still quite poor
