Flexible Schedule Meal tickets Remote Work 4-6h/day part time, now we might be looking towards 6 or 8 h/day work

Cons

work can be monotonous undefined period contract after internship is not guaranteed you can get easily caught up in a lot of internal tools and you might not find all of your skills transferable towards a next job
