Pros

Genuine commitment to strong ethics and excellent programme delivery. Flexible working practices, particularly for those with families. Good team culture and friendly place to work. Excellent access to technical resources in both the US, UK and beyond. Good career progression opportunities, particularly for the most talented. Employee ownership. Many women in senior positions, especially in the US - Chair of the Board is female. Common to find staff who have left return a few years later.

Cons

Work comes in ebbs and flows, and work-life balance can be difficult during busy times. Salaries not as high as several competitors.

Pros

Great staff, good work/life balance, does good work in development, good for junior roles to get some experience to kick start their career, CEO and US team are great and have an open mind, flexible working, look after staff etc although they could be more engaged with Europe.

Cons

UK management is the old school management style from the 80's and as long as you are there from 9-5 then they think you are doing a good job. Wrong industry for this imo Innovation and thinking for yourself are not encouraged. Wages are below par for the industry. Office location is outside London and transport link is not great, breaks down or delayed at least twice a week so if you want to live in London then not ideal. Used to be more flexible with working hours etc but that is now not encouraged. The favourites that have been there for 10+ years are looked after even though they do very little.
