Pros
- Some of the best and most inspiring people in the industry to work with - Opportunities are there after a few years tenure to travel and explore new teams - Can be very collaborative - Great share and ownership scheme - Most are very friendly and welcoming, mainly the US team. - Strong ethics and compliance.
Cons
- Company can get bogged down a bit in bureaucracy, some are very territorial - Can be very risk averse to new ideas or approaches despite many innovative projects - Outlook for the Europe business looks poor - very high turnover for about 4 years, not much work awarded, senior management seem ignorant to the turnover and loss of talent, location is very poor outside of London (even those living locally can struggle to get in!) - UK md has been known to bully and intimidate more junior staff, and clearly has favourites as a few seem to be busy there but they don't really do anything.
