Great place to learn and explore

Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn new skills. Being exposed to different and sometimes unexpected environment leads to creating multi-talent employees. It gives you enough room to be creative, and as such your are given recognition for your great work.

Cons

Bureaucracy is a problem. You can make good connections and networking with most departments, but it feels like there is a glass ceiling in the upper management level. I personally have met the COP probably twice in my two year tenure.

Great support systems for field operations

Pros

DAI has a number of platforms that support operations including Oracle, Lotus Notes, and web portal among others. These systems allow access to a number of resources that help with in a very compliance heavy industry.

Cons

Some streamlining of systems would be useful for field operations where human resource capacity can be low in countries where basic education is of low quality.

Friendly atmosphere and amazing people to work with ! Great balance between private and professional life. Nice location and office in London.

Cons

Low salary. Unfortunately, the company will move location.
