      Pros

      The people are phenomenal. Most care deeply about their jobs.

      Cons

      Management. They are managing from a style that is long gone. It is a style from the 1970s at best. They berate and they belittle and never encourage thinking. In fact, they might even be afraid of those with more talent and do their best to prevent their rise. Sad, really, really, sad.

      Pros

      Prague is a nice city except for food, weather, smoky places and Czech language.

      Cons

      It's not technically an "outsourcing" but they're not in Prague for top talents but to save some money, so if you can get a job in Germany you'll be better off with pay and career opportunities.

      Pros

      Global reach, well-known brand, industry leader, great colleagues. Broad service portfolio, so there is almost nothing your customer could ask from you that your company can't provide. Encourages both geographical and functional mobility & experience, but you need to actively search that out for yourself, don't expect DHL to create your career for you.

      Cons

      In most eyes not a "sexy" industry, undergoing frequent changes and cost cuttings, tough competition internally for interesting jobs. High cost structures due to complex organizations, overheads and decent pay for skilled staff means you may lose out on business opportunities because you will never represent the industry cost leader, so you need to work harder to prove the value for money.
