Just a bodyshop

Pros

I have been working at DWS full-time for more than 4 years

Cons

As said before - just a bodyshop Not good for career growth They offer some courses, but 90% of their courses are useless rubbish They charge clients $150/hour, but pay you 35-45% of the amount. Managers pocket the difference Salary is below or an average They promise to keep you "on bench" when your contract with client is over, but in reality they offer 10-days (unless they can find another client in that period)

Thank you for your review. DWS offers Consultant-lead progression and career development - please get in contact with HR to discuss your ambitions, so we can support you to achieve your professional goals. While there is a list of pre-approved courses, you can also apply for any course you like outside of this too.

Pros

After a rigorous recruitment process, the successful applicant will be rewarded with a workplace filled with opportunities, as well as a team of friendly, highly skilled work mates. You can expect to be working with the latest cloud technologies and with high-value tier-1 clients across a range of industries. The culture is very much one of collaboration, and everyone's ideas are are valued - employees are encouraged to contribute where they can. DWS have implemented a very structured approach to career advancement, outlining the skills and behaviours necessary to advance from graduate through to management. There is also a strong emphasis on self education, and employees are rewarded for completing certifications.

Cons

I can't think of any at this point.

Pros

As a consultant, I have to appreciate the notable dedication of the team to provide consultancy services to premier clients by trying their best to ensure that experience and skills meet demand. You get opportunities to work with multitude of industries and corporate clients, including very supportive DWS consultants. Among the many highlights, I have observed that DWS HR truly adheres to their values of integrity, honesty and transparency in their interactions. In my personal experience, despite odd circumstances, they have complied to all my employment agreements for which I am obliged to DWS. While providing support and guidance, DWS HR also expects high standards in all work aspects including grooming and your effectiveness as an influential consultant. Excellent support from IT and Payroll also. It is also commendable that DWS has a unique training framework which supports and funds a wide range of courses and certifications for their employee's choice. Upskilling - What more than you can expect!

Cons

If consulting is your area of interest, can't really see any cons. Be prepared to be flexible and dynamic in your work and you will hit the ground running.
