      Pros

      Fosters career development and encourages one to take courses to advance talents and expertise; great social club; work colleagues are helpful; very supportive and easily approachable regardless of seniority. Great clients too!

      Good place to develop your skills

      Pros

      Good scheme for increasing skills and knowledge. Opportunity to work in large organisations but you can move . Great social club run by the staff. You can refer people and get a bonus for that as well. They have introduced some new policies that are good.

      Pros

      BDMs, HR and other consultants I've met have been nice and supportive. We are assigned at client site and the BDMs meet with us regularly to touch base and address any concerns we may have. There are few consultants that get benched from time to time while in between assignments. Active social club events. Bonus for referrals and training/certification completion.

      Cons

      No bad experiences so far.
