Not Great

Pros

The Social Club has some interesting events

Cons

Could get stuck doing cruddy work just so you can be made billable. Once you're in that role, they want to keep you there as long as possible

Thank you very much for your 5-star review; you seem to have the wrong company though as DWS does not have 'Customer Service Technicians' or offices in Winnipeg, Canada.

Good bodyshop company

Pros

- great clients like NAB, Telstra, JetStar, AusPost, Translink, Crown Casinos, AusNet, AEMO - Can sustain a bench strength of 20-30 and some consultants can be on the bench for months (during good times) - Reimburse the cost and bonus for approved trainings - Consultants are expected to work 8hrs/ day; no more no less. - If the client office is shut down for longer than normal during Christmas break then DWS provides full salary to the consultants who come to DWS office during the period.

Cons

- Its a bodyshop company. Dont expect any work while on the bench. DWS will get you to the interview with clients. Since DWS does not have their own products; DWS doesnt run any programs within any company. - No work flexibility when on client assignment. The consultant has to be at client site 9am-5pm; wfh is not allowed normally. Consultants have to take full day leave even if one has personal work for an hour. - no assignments or trainings on bench - as DWS doesnt run any projects. - DWS is ruthless at firing people. Many long term employees from overseas companies leave their long-term stable employers only to get redundant during probation as they cannot clear a client interview. Or the client assignment is gone by the time the consultant has joined. - Firing is a norm even during good times - Dont expect salary hike. Can be $0 every year. - No professional growth. DWS is more than happy as long as you are billing (being a bodyshopper). You have to work on your own growth path.

Thank you for your review, and great to see the positives you listed. Addressing some of your points; DWS offers Consultant-lead progression and career development - we will assist and support our Consultants growth in every way possible, but never force this on anyone. We have a strong training framework to facilitate personal skills and knowledge development, and suggest staff use any bench time they have to maximise this.
