Pros

They just offer standard package compare to market. That's the trick.

Cons

No Project in pipeline. I worked for 3 months. Only on bench. No interview scheduled. Suddenly was asked to leave. Given a chance , I will give a negative rating. We leave stable jobs and join company like this. Suddenly , they throw 7 of us without any reason. They will hire you. Try to place you with one of their limited client. If does not work out , they will fire you. No new client. They will lie. Never ever join this company.

Hi your review is not real. You claim to have worked for 8 years at Dws it couldn’t have been that bad if you stayed so long. I suggest you have never worked for Dws

Pros

- Large technical diversity - Pretty down to earth people - Opportunity for client change and project change - Appreciate old and new skillsets

Cons

- Lot's of politics especially from ones not doing much - Plenty of people kick'n back, whist you work like a dog - Engineered failures - On your own a lot of the time - Blame games / relentless shifted blames

Pros

- Pay can be reasonable, if you know how to negotiate. Yearly pay increases are common - Experience working with bluechip organisations, including banking, telecommunication and government, among others

Cons

- Management, at the executive level, are disconnected from workers - Very poor culture. Experience can vary greatly between employees, even those sitting right next to you - Most middle managers/BDs (not all) are difficult to work with. Management styles vary between autocratic and chaotic - The bench is nothing more than a set of desks. You'll need to be proactive and work with the BDs to keep you busy - Company policies are inconsistent, and often change without prior notice - Consultants are usually reprimanded for not complying
